Ši privatumo politika nustato UAB “Dimetris”, buveinės adresas Girulių g. 10-201, LT-12112 Vilnius, elektroninio pašto adresas info@dimetris.lt (toliau – Valdytojas), interneto svetainės www.dimetris.lt (toliau – interneto svetainė) lankytojų ir kitų duomenų subjektų asmens duomenų tvarkymo sąlygas, taip pat duomenų subjektų teisių įgyvendinimo tvarką.

Interneto svetainės lankytojų ir kitų duomenų subjektų asmens duomenys yra tvarkomi vadovaujantis galiojančiais teisės aktais ir užtikrinant tinkamas technines bei organizacines asmens duomenų apsaugos priemones.

Information on rights

Visi asmenys, kurių asmens duomenis tvarko Valdytojas, turi:

• The right to have access to your personal data processed by the Controller.
• The right to have incorrect or inaccurate personal data corrected. The rights of access and rectification shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office address or to the e-mail address info@dimetris.lt if the request is signed with an e-signature). In the request for access to personal data, please specify which personal data you wish to have access to and which information listed in Article 15(1) of the Regulation you wish to receive.
• The right to have unlawfully processed data erased. This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the e-mail address info@dimetris.lt (if the request is signed with an e-signature). The Data Controller shall erase the personal data concerned within no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the request, or refuse the request, stating in writing the reasons for refusal.
• The right to require the Controller to restrict the processing of personal data until the accuracy of the personal data has been verified, until it has been established whether the interests of the data subject who objects to the processing of the personal data are overridden by those of the Controller, and in cases where the personal data are unlawfully processed, but where the data subject does not consent to the erasure of such data. This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the e-mail address info@dimetris.lt (in the case of an e-signed request). Where a request for restriction of processing of only part of the personal data is made, the request must specify the categories of personal data whose processing is requested. If the request is justified, the processing of personal data shall be restricted within 5 working days of receipt of the request.
• The right to data portability. This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the e-mail address info@dimetris.lt (if the request is signed by e-mail). Where the request is for the portability of only part of the personal data processed by the Controller, the request must specify the categories of personal data in respect of which the right to data portability is exercised. If the request is justified, the Controller shall provide your personal data in a computer-readable format to you or to the controller designated by you (depending on your preference, the structured personal data shall be sent by e-mail or stored on an external medium) within 30 days of receipt of the request.
• The right to object to the processing of personal data. This right shall be exercised by submitting a written request to the Controller’s registered office or to the e-mail address info@dimetris.lt (if the request is signed by e-mail). If you object to the processing of your personal data, it will be assessed whether your legitimate interest in objecting to the processing of your personal data overrides the legitimate interest of the Controller on which the Controller bases the processing of your personal data.
• The right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority This right may be exercised by lodging a complaint with the State Data Protection Inspectorate against any actions of the Controller relating to the processing of your personal data.

Tais atvejais, kai įgyvendinate savo teises pateikdami rašytinį prašymą Valdytojo buveinės adresu paštu, kartu su prašymu būtina pateikti ir notaro patvirtintą asmens dokumento (paso, asmens tapatybės kortelės) kopiją.
